In a new step aimed at enhancing the bank’s leadership in the field of digital banking, Riyad Bank launched, for the first time in the Middle East, the new generation of Riyad Line through a unique voice service “Your Voice Does It All!". The new service includes voice access and voice commands features, allowing customers of Riyad Line to access and complete their banking transactions by using their voices only. Riyad Bank is the first bank in the Middle East to release these two new features together.
The service operates based on the natural language, advanced correction, dialogue strategies and routing of calls so that the caller can access his account via Riyad Line and complete banking transactions with total flexibility and absolute security by using the voiceprint instead of the password. All the customer needs to do is register at the service to authenticate his access by saying "Riyad Bank recognizes my voice".
“Your Voice Does It All!" service enables the Bank’s customers to access their accounts with fewer steps, using advanced technology to recognize and interact with voice commands through the Speech Recognition System. The customer can give the voice command over the phone quickly and easily, without the need to use the phone’s switchboard, which helps customers complete their banking transactions with ultimate ease and inquire about their balance using only their voice like Siri.
"Your Voice Does It All!" is one of the most precise authentication methods globally with the highest security standards, since the system is designed based on the individual’s unique vital characteristics, which are impossible to forge or impersonate. Furthermore, it is a faster, easier and more accurate than conventional methods to authenticate identity; unlike passwords, voice access cannot be forgotten or stolen and does not require reactivation.
